Based in their Melbourne office, you will be joining a high-performing and stable team offering an exceptional culture. About the role Reporting to the Director of Asset Management and working directly with the Asset Managers, the Assistant Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in the active management and enhancement of the portfolio, providing value to customers and maximising asset performance. You will support multiple disciplines, from customer relations to investment reporting and ESG initiatives. This role offers the chance to work closely with a cross-functional and collaborative team, contributing to both operational and strategic asset management. Key responsibilities include: Assist in preparing strategic asset management plans and investment reports Collaborate with property and facilities management providers to maintain asset quality Support acquisition processes, including due diligence and lease reviews Contribute to ESG policies, reporting, and OH&S initiatives Maintain asset data and valuation models to aid in fund reporting and pricing Actively participate in meetings with external and internal stakeholders including the development team About you To ensure your success, you will be required to have: Bachelor's degree, ideally in property Proven experience in asset management, leasing, property management, analyst or valuation Experience or exposure to industrial assets is highly regarded Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and asset management software packages Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders What's in it for you?
