You have an interest in product and extensive spirit knowledge. You are an expert in classic cocktails and variations. You have experience in stock control and ordering. You have previously worked with a batching program. You enjoy curating experiences for guests. You have previously worked in a bistro-style setting. You have previous experience in a leadership role.
