Our passionate people, expertise and service bring sustainable value to industries everywhere. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Business Controller to join our team in Blacktown. What your day might look like? Provide ongoing support to the Business Controller and Management team. Partner with the Management team to provide financial insight to assist with business growth. Pursue automation and efficiency in accounting and internal control compliances. Analyse variance and explore potential problems with the Management team. Manage the shared service finance deliverables to the Australian business. Maintain the currency of the ERP system and cultivate an extensive working knowledge of the system. To succeed, you will need A degree or other relevant certification in Finance, Accounting, or similar academic background. Possession of CPA accreditation or progress toward obtaining one. Relevant experience in financial accounting within an industrial environment highly regarded. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SAP ERP is desirable. High level of analytical, organisational, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Must have a strict adherence to confidentiality and organisational procedures.
