Position Overview Leading a strong team of reservation agents that oversees the Sydney Marriott Cluster Hotels. What Will You Be Doing Managing the day-to-day supervision and operations of the cluster reservations team Responsible for generating reports on a weekly and monthly basis Providing training sessions and onboarding new reservations agents Maintain a confident selling approach to maximize overall hotel revenue and room sales Ensuring all calls, emails, and enquiries are handled and responded to in a timely manner Liaise with the Front Office and Sales teams for all group reservation enquiries About You Experience in a reservations or front office role Proven high level of customer service experience Ability to lead and motivate a team; experience in training others is essential OPERA system experience is highly regarded Strong attention to detail; professional communication skills both written and verbal are essential In Return We Will Provide Discounted accommodation and food and beverage at Marriott International worldwide Training and development opportunities Discounted parking Uniform provided daily Rewards and recognition program Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
