Job Description

You will be joining an established bank as an Assistant Compliance Manager in the Transaction Monitoring & Reporting team, a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression. About the Company A leading foreign bank based in Sydney with a strong company focus on development, support and flexibility. About the role: Investigating alerts for suspicious transactions and identifying red flags. Managing alert analysis efficiently. Completing reports on suspicious transactions. Assisting supervisors in further investigations and case reviews. Supporting AML tasks like system testing, training, and administration. About you: Bachelor’s in commerce or related field. 1+ years in banking, AML experience preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail. Proactive, self-initiated, able to work independently. Knowledge of AML regulations and banking products. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
