As a wholly owned subsidiary of Re.Group , we are leaders in managing and facilitating operations that focus on recycling for the Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia. Convenient locations plus new technology enables a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points. As Assistant Depot Manager for our Drouin depot, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund. Your responsibilities will include: Support the Depot Manager in leading a small team to deliver outstanding customer service Manual handling & sorting of recyclable items into their correct categories Daily cleaning at all areas of the depot, including front and back as required Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers Ensure staff are adhering to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards/faults/risks Continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction About you: Previous experience leading a small or medium sized team Previous Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Warehouse or relevant experience would be highly desirable You have a great 'can do' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions.
