Join our team as the Assistant Director, Workforce Strategy & Capability and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce. You'll be instrumental in building partnerships across the Agency to implement a range of workforce initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of the ADHA Workforce Strategy. The key duties of the position include: An experienced HR professional. It’s not essential you have deep expertise across every facet of our work, however you should be an established HR professional with relevant transferable skills in workforce strategy, workforce planning, workforce transformation, organisational design and/or learning strategy and design. Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility. Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.
