Job Description: Your Opportunity: Oversee daily operations across all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and premium guest experiences. Train, develop, and inspire the Food and Beverage team to uphold Sofitel’s luxury brand standards. Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, upselling, and exceptional service delivery. Elevate the dining experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Work closely with the Culinary, Events, and Front Office teams to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage cost controls and forecasting to optimise performance. Champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and teamwork. Qualifications: Skills and Experience: Proven leadership experience in luxury hotel Food and Beverage operations. A passion for elevating guest experiences and a deep understanding of hospitality trends. Strong financial acumen, with experience driving revenue. The ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, with a hands-on approach to service.
