The opportunity We are seeking applications from qualified Assistants with experience of working in a Montessori environment or enrolled and studying the Montessori Diploma. This position is a permanent role that requires a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification. You will support our highly regarded and knowledgeable Lead Guides, providing a wonderful opportunity for mentoring and guidance.
