Seeking an Electrical and ITS Manager to join a team in Jandakot, commencing at the end of March 2025.Your New Company A government department in Jandakot is seeking an experienced Assistant Electrical and ITS Manager to join the team. This role is being offered on an initial 6-month temporary engagement, working full-time hours and paying a competitive hourly rate. The department is looking to hold interviews in early March, with a commencement at the end of March.Your New Role As the Assistant Electrical and ITS Manager, you will be responsible for: Supporting the maintenance manager in planning, organising and overseeing maintenance activities. Ensuring that maintenance schedules for electrical and ITS assets are understood and adhered to. Preparing reports on asset and maintenance performance. Ensuring that all electrical and ITS assets comply with industry standards and regulations. Reviewing reports on asset conditions and providing feedback/comments. Assisting in coordinating with vendors and suppliers to source quality components for asset maintenance and upgrades. What You'll Need To Succeed In order to be considered, you will need:Excellent knowledge of Western Australian Electrical Requirements (WAER), AS/NZ 3000, 3017 and 3019. Previous experience in an electrical and/or ITS related maintenance space. An understanding of pre-planned maintenance and reactive maintenance. Good communication skills.
