Employment Type : Permanent Full Time; 38 hours per week Position Classification : Health Manager Level 1 Remuneration : $84,436 - $112,331 per annum + Annual Leave Loading + 11.5% Superannuation Location : SLHD District Wide Services; Stanmore Requisition ID : REQ537362 Where you will be based This position will be based at Stanmore. About The Opportunity This position provides primary support to Financial Accountants within the Financial Accounting Unit to provide a seamless, efficient, and continually improving service to all levels within Sydney Local Health District. This position works closely with and under the direction of the Financial Accountant – Business/Intra Health to meet strict deadlines and provide support to Annual Accounts and other duties as directed. Ideal Candidate A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Commerce and/or meet the requirements to be a member of a recognised Australian professional accounting body; or solid current experience in Financial Management Information Systems. Experience in a major accounting system and excellent computer skills with advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience in reconciliations and the ability to analyse and interpret information from different sources to pro-actively identify issues and formulate strategies to address them. Benefits and Perks!
