We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Planning and Analysis / Graduate to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Controlling/FP&A Manager, you will support our FP&A team in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the overall financial health and growth of our company. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models. Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects and presentations. Who you are Completed a tertiary degree in Finance or similar field. You are working towards your professional certifications - CA/CPA. You’ll have some experience in a financial or accounting role, with a keen interest to progress in financial planning and analysis business unit. Whilst experience in the waste, logistics or heavy industry is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment. You have a natural interest in systems and data with experience across the full suite of Microsoft modules including advanced Excel skills. You’ll be someone with knowledge across FP&A principles and concepts with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You’ll be a natural problem solver, with the ability to diagnose and find solutions. You’re a team player, proactive and willing to pitch in when required. You're highly organised with excellent time management skills.
