As an Assistant Golf Operations Manager , you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Golf department while managing a team and delivering support to your team members . You will be directly reporting to the Golf Operations Manager and have a passion for all things golf-related! Additionally, you will be strategically minded and ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with RACV's standards and procedures are delivered to the required standard. You will have the ability to run Golf competitions, work in the retail department, develop relationships with the Torquay Golf committee, and also try to improve the service delivery and find operational/financial efficiencies. The position is a permanent full-time role . You’ll also be rostered on for either a Saturday OR Sunday to meet the peak and flow of business demands.
