Job Description Under general supervision, this position is responsible for carrying out program objectives within the framework of administrative, financial, planning principles and practices, and established policies and regulations: Administering the Comprehensive Plan for the City by providing property owners with applicable information concerning City ordinances; Maintaining land use codes, ordinances, and plans; Giving professional advice to advisory and regulatory boards and commissions; Formulating, modifying, and improving the land development regulations for the City’s physical development, including administering an overall land use plan, pre-development ordinances, and other City ordinances.
