We are now looking for an experienced hospitality leader to dive into this amazing opportunity as our Assistant Manager. What does the role look like? As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Venue Manager to impart your knowledge and expertise of both your Food & Beverage knowledge ensuring we constantly have the right product for our customers and that our staff have the right knowledge to complement and enhance the Sol experience. You will lead, develop, and nurture your team by leading from the front and promoting exceptional service delivery, ensuring that your outlet has the reputation for the best service in town. You will also assist in maximising value and financial returns for the business through your business acumen and guest satisfaction centric. You will also be responsible for; Staff rostering Team recruitment Performance management Cost Control Health & Safety What will you look like? You will be a natural leader with a real flair and passion for all things food & beverage. You will have strong business acumen allowing you to support the Venue Manager in the administrative portion of this role and have a basic understanding of employment and health & safety practices. You will possess extensive product knowledge and have prior leadership experience in a busy, high-end bar or restaurant either locally, interstate or overseas.
