Assistant Manager - Business Development Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon Saturday: Morning Responsibilities: Identifying leads, acquiring new business and developing positive long-term relationships with overseas travel agents, event clients, and companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and other industry partners. Maintaining good relationships with existing customers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the tourism sector. Work with the relevant team to review products and service offerings on a regular basis. Update, document, and implement the standard operating procedure for all booking and sales processes. Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions with potential clients and partners. Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in travel trade, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives. Must be proactive and goal-focused to achieve sales targets. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able and willing to travel overseas. Able to speak multiple languages is highly preferred.
