The Assistant Manager acts as the key support for the Store Manager in leading their Tribe to exceed sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service and store presentation. The Assistant Manager is fully responsible for the store in the absence of the Store Manager. ARE YOU? Ready to step into a Management Role where you will be the key support for the Store Manager? Able to confidently lead a Tribe to perform at their best? Dedicated to creating a culture of Customer Service excellence? Capable of managing and growing your own department within the store?
