This is your chance to step into a role where you can develop your leadership skills and play a crucial part in our daily operations.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily diary of removal activities, ensuring jobs are scheduled seamlessly and clients are updated. Maintain accurate records in AMOS, manual diaries, and the operational whiteboard. Ensure the following day's work is scheduled and all clients are contacted by 4:00 pm. Conduct exit calls for removals taking place each day to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and distribute drivers' run sheets & labels, and brief drivers on their daily activities. Allocate containers, vehicles, labour, storage, and handling aids efficiently. Take bookings from External Sales Consultants and the Sales Centre as required. Maximise productivity and resource utilisation within the depot. Liaise with the Customer Experience and Corporate Account Sales teams regarding volume adjustments post-uplift, including packing details. Report any accidents immediately to the Operations Manager. Attend operations meetings and contribute to performance improvement. Participate in the Together in Quality programme by submitting improvement ideas and engaging with the Quality Action Team. Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Operations Manager to support team success.
