Duration:6 months extendable / convertibleWorking days:Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pmLocation: Pioneer/ BoonLay (Free shuttle bus)Salary: Up to $5000 Job Purpose: This role is to support in managing lifelong learning programmes (i.e Graduate Certificates & FlexiMasters Programmes) and postgraduate transferrable skills programmes. Job Scope: Liaise with University academics instructors, external instructors and industry practitioners for programmes Support in securing funding and subsidies for the development of programs, including marketing of lifelong learning programmes locally and overseas Support in data collection in strategic plans and program related processes, including the certification and attendance endorsement Work closely with various departments and external vendors to organize and ensure both lifelong learning and transferrable skills programmes (Transferable Skills Series (TSS) and 3MT) run smoothly Manage any administrative and logistics matters related to the programmes Assist in budget monitoring and planning of transferrable skills programmes Requirements A recognized university degree At least 2-3 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector Excellent planning and organization skills Possess good communication and writing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Words, Excel, Teams) and online meeting platforms (Zoom) People-oriented, collaborative and a team player Interested applicants, do forward your resume by applying below.
