Assistant Manager - Shell Service Station Yulara, Northern Territory Permanent / Full Time Closing Date: March 7th, 2025 An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Assistant Manager - Shell Service Station to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is a 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.We are seeking a motivated leader with strong administration and time management skills and experience in a similar role to join our Shell Service Stations team. This role will see you supporting the Service Station Manager in the daily operations including but not limited to staff rostering and training, purchasing and stock management, cash and sales reconciliations.Key Duties Assist with staff management including rostering, performance counselling, coaching and training, and performance reviews. Regular communication with the nominated fuel supplier regarding fuel levels and pricing e.g., DIPS. Maintenance of product files in Worldsmart software including price management and product levels.
