What this job involves: The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and foster relationships with the building’s tenant partners, and to assist in ensuring all branding, marketing material, and presentation of the Property is in keeping with premium grade standards. Through the execution of the annual marketing plan including events and customer engagement activities, the Assistant Marketing & Customer Experience Manager is required to nurture a sense of community throughout the precinct. Accountabilities include: Delivery, management, and evaluation of events and activations in line with the strategic marketing plan. Overseeing content management for all front-of-house digital platforms including website, social media, community portal, lift screens, and directory boards. Ensure that all building-related marketing collateral and customer communications convey the brand consistently and effectively. Acting as a point of contact for customer-related enquiries and provide the conduit for feedback. Ensure customers are informed on all building-related matters either directly on behalf of the broader Building Management Team or via the building’s online portal. Working closely with the National Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to understand the needs of the customers, in order to identify initiative opportunities, and to assist the broader team with the delivery of the Customer Retention Plan and support the building’s Retail Tenants. Liaise with the Concierge Team, including implementing and overseeing processes to ensure customer service is of the highest standard and managing tenant orientation delivery. Coordinate the provision of bespoke services and management of amenities offered by the building to its customers, with the assistance of Concierge. Work with the Fitness Centre operator to promote and market the Fitness Centre with tenants in order to raise awareness, increase membership, and promote and communicate health and wellness initiatives and wellness programmes. Prepare and maintain Tenant Guide and onboarding packs including tenant orientation content and oversee delivery of all marketing and leasing materials. Prepare all marketing-related invoices for payment after checking them off against the budget. Prepare reports and attend regular meetings with the Client, customers as required, and the wider JLL Experience team. Sound like you? To apply you need to be: 2-3 years experience in a customer-facing or B2B role, with event planning and management experience essential. Support a positive team environment with a positive outlook and proactive approach. Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, confident, and energetic. Has an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services.
