Learn more about us at As an assistant manager of Marketing at KPay, you will be pivotal in connecting our sales teams with innovative marketing strategies within the dynamic fintech landscape. You’ll embark on an exciting journey as we explore new markets, gaining valuable insights and experiences along the way. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the marketing strategy for the Australian market with KPay's market expansion team. Creating compelling content that drives sales initiatives and empowers our channel partners with the tools and insights they need to thrive. Measuring and analyzing social media performance to inform and optimize our sales-enablement. Spearheading marketing campaigns and events that engage our target audiences and communities. Supporting operations of marketing events or campaigns, from planning to execution to fit in our agile go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Insights Conduct thorough research on competitors, market trends, customer behaviors, and fintech innovations to inform content strategies and sales initiatives. Identify and leverage the most effective social media channels for content distribution. Analyze data and keywords to develop performance reports that provide actionable insights for sales and marketing efforts, turning data points into compelling narratives. Work as a creative team to produce inspiring creative briefs that drive the development of engaging content tailored to our audience's needs. Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop content that aligns with business objectives, clearly demonstrating the value of our fintech solutions to target audiences. Ongoing content creation and management to ensure relevance and engagement. Content Creation and Community Engagement Generate innovative multi-platform content, including sales enablement materials, merchant stories, flyers, and channel partner resources, that aligns with our customers’ journeys. Develop and manage a content calendar that reflects strategic campaigns, product launches, and educational resources relevant to our audience. Foster and engage with our online community across relevant platforms, ensuring active and meaningful participation. Performance Management Set clear performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and impact on sales goals. Oversee content development projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the set strategy. Manage daily operations, including timeline coordination and workflow planning, to maintain high performance and operational standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech or technology sectors. Proven experience in hands-on social media marketing and content development that drives engagement and sales. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable content strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
