The Role: As Assistant Night Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Working closely with the Night Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the nightly operations of the Front Office and other departments. Ensuring guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Assisting with night auditing duties and financial reconciliations. Overseeing the safety and security of the hotel and its guests. Leading and mentoring the night team to deliver exceptional service. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
