Propel Projects is seeking expressions of interest from construction project management professionals with 1-3 years experience delivering building projects in Sydney / Western Sydney. *** SYDNEY RESIDENTS ONLY - SITE INSPECTIONS / MEETINGS REQUIRED *** Propel Projects is a client-side project management and advisory consultancy based in Sydney. Established in 2020 by David Risbey, who brings 30 years of industry experience in construction, property development, and project management services, and has delivered over 40 projects with a combined value exceeding $1 billion, consisting of approximately 110,000sqm NLA of base building commercial high rise office space, over 1,200 residential apartments, and 35,000sqm of industrial complexes. The Project: Your first project is a medium density low rise residential development project in Western Sydney for a valued NSW Government agency client. The initial requirements are anticipated to be 2-3 days per week; however, this may need to be flexible. About You: You are a construction project management professional with 1-3 years experience delivering building projects in Sydney / Western Sydney. You are a team player with drive and initiative, and strong integrity and ethical values. You are client and solution focused and bring a positive energy. You have strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. You are comfortable working remotely and engaging directly with clients, contractors, and consultants. You have a current driver licence and insured vehicle for site inspections and meetings. You hold the necessary rights to work and to be employed in Australia.
