About the Role The Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator Role is instrumental in supporting SCC WA’s Property Development Projects and the broader Capital Projects including SCC’s building refurbishment program. Working alongside the Property Development Manager and Project Manager, assisting them in the delivery of these works and the project administration. This is a part time position working 22.8 hours a week. This role is located in a central office in Rivervale. Key Responsibilities Attending regular property development project meetings, including Project Control Groups. Project record keeping and file management. Project reporting: including Project Status Reports. Contract Administration of a variety of property development and building construction contracts. Management of statutory charges associated with each site/project. Ensuring compliance of each site: firebreaks and any statutory requirements: e.g. planning and building approvals. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Excellent communication skills. Good negotiation and decision-making skills. Computer skills, MS Project desirable. Excellent time management skills.
