Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate for this role will possess: A minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within a breakfast or cafe environment Barista skills and coffee knowledge Proven expertise in team management and guest engagement, with a passion for delivering outstanding service. A proactive and enthusiastic approach, committed to maintaining an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning. Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (NSW).
