Managed by the esteemed Trippas White Group, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable culinary moments in one of Sydney's most renowned locations. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of restaurant operations, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to exceed guest expectations. Assist in managing daily operations, including service standards, staffing, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement training programs. Maintain and enhance wine knowledge among staff to elevate guest dining experiences. Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Extensive wine knowledge is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
