Assistant Restaurant Manager WETHERILL PARK Full-time Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at our thriving establishment in Wetherill Park, Australia! We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to help lead our restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service Lead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as needed Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, making critical decisions to maintain operations Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards Experience with inventory management and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Food Safety Certification Understanding of food and beverage industry trends Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
