Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor Luxury boutique Hotel and Dining Room, Raes on Wategos, is seeking a qualified and professional full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor to lead our F&B teams.Main Responsibilities: Delivery of exceptional guest service and ensuring customer satisfaction Demonstrate leadership and encourage a high level of customer service amongst all staff across the property Assist the Dining Room Manager in training and education of all FOH staff Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with guests, products, sales, inquiries and catering to guests' needs Comply with food hygiene and health regulations Preferred Skills & Attributes: Previous restaurant/fine-dining experience in a luxury hotel or resort Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a supervisory role Strong and competent knowledge about food and wine Attention to detail ensuring that everyday runs smoothly Raes on Wategos has long been an industry leader in providing first-class service in all facets of the property, particularly our food and beverage programs.
