We are looking for a Team Player who has: Sales Experience and Excellent Communication Skills Initiative and a Can-Do Attitude A Passion for Furniture and Styling A Customer and Sales Focused Drive In addition to: Support the achievement of the showroom P&L and sales and margin targets Ensure all team members are correctly introduced into the business and fully trained Support the Showroom Manager in achieving high engagement and a commitment to the Mission and Values of Lounge Lovers Manage all Health and Safety accountabilities for the showroom Support the Showroom Manager in delegated administrative processes Bring with you previous Management experience in a Sales related role Due to the nature of our 7-day per week operations, you must be flexible to work weekends.
