Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Assistant Soft Services Manager to assist the site manager with all of our Soft Services on site both self-delivered and sub-contracted. This role involves delivering services to our client in an efficient, well-organised, and innovative manner while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of business activity, ensuring tight financial controls and SLAs are met. You will be responsible for delivering a range of KPI reports to the client, managing people, and being the first point of contact for all client queries in the manager's absence. Key Responsibilities: Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as required and provide clear information upon request to the Site Manager in relation to site-specific information. Oversee and ensure robust, successful on-site inductions and training, maintaining associated training records to ensure service levels and standards are always met. Audit soft services and report in line with contract requirements. Assist the Contract Manager in maintaining systems, procedures & standards to ensure the smooth running of the service (this may involve working weekends/evenings or nights).
