We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our energetic team in our busy Homebush DFO store! Roles and Responsibilities: Develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, and communicate our brand vision. Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and drive store results. Demonstrate your commercial acumen to increase profitability, maximize opportunities across sales, and customer engagement. Demonstrate effective people and leadership skills to build talent through effective coaching and training strategies. Manage the day-to-day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, and supporting the Store Manager with ad hoc training and other duties as required. Skills Required: At least 2-3 years of previous Retail and Outlet Management experience, leading and developing a team of 15+. Experience in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and POS systems. A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service. Ability to drive sales and achieve targets consistently. Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic outlet environment.
