As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in daily operations. Lead by example and motivate your team. Drive floor sales and achieve results. A hands-on leader willing to work in all areas of a retail store. Natural ability to motivate and inspire your team. Skills in training and driving sales.
