About the Role The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role and embrace the challenge of assisting the Store Manager to lead a highly motivated customer-focused team. The roster will be flexible with rotation across all shifts to ensure touchpoints with the entire team and also the need to work some early morning, evening shifts, and weekends. We expect you to be on the roster working alongside the team. More specifically you will be: Assisting in leading and motivating the team in a super hands-on role. Thriving in a fast-paced role and being passionate about developing your leadership skills. Integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs. Overseeing store set up and close. What you’ll need: Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field. Skilled at leading people, or willing to learn. Not afraid to be super hands-on. Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills. Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
