Job Description

Take on an amazing full-time leadership role in an iconic Limestone Coast hotel! The Role: Do you love to get your hands dirty and thrive in all areas of hospitality? Lead by example and mentor our incredible team at a venue known for its quality food and wine. Working closely with our Venue Manager, you will be across all aspects of the business including our bar, restaurant, gaming, and functions. Key tasks include: Providing exceptional customer service, motivating the team to provide memorable experiences; Assisting in recruitment, induction, and training of F&B teams, including product education and training, and rostering; Driving events and functions all year round; Providing a supportive and encouraging environment and lead by example; Stock control/stock take and administrative tasks as required; Thriving in a fast-paced environment. About you: To succeed in this role, you will have: Management experience in a similar role; Ability to remain calm and manage time during busy periods; Experience multitasking and managing multiple departments; The ability to analyse situations and make rational and responsible decisions relating to staffing and strategic business issues; RSA, Gaming and RP badge, essential; Great presentation, attention to detail, clean, and organised; Flexibility to work across 7 days, with a rotating roster.
