Mitsis Group is currently offering new job opportunities at Mitsis Faliraki: Assistant Wellness Manager Location: Rhodes, Faliraki Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide operational support for the spa and fitness areas. We are seeking an experienced wellness expert with comprehensive knowledge of customer service and the wellness sector to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our guests and provide guidance to our staff. Our goal is to promote healthier living through exceptional spa treatments and fitness conditioning. Key Responsibilities: Duty management of daily operations of the spa and fitness facilities. Assign tasks to Guides, Instructors, Receptionists, and Practitioners. Support and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Train, coach, and motivate the team to follow the Mitsis culture. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Coordinate visits from wellness experts, lecturers, and instructors. Oversee the daily operations of fitness activities and classes. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs. Assist with the creation of spa menus, treatments, and retail selections. Assist in marketing promotions, packages, and events. Manage schedules for classes and activities. Provide reports and suggestions to improve operations and guest experience. Required Qualifications: A degree in Exercise Physiology, Fitness, Health Sciences, Behavioral Health, Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, or a related field. At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role at one or more leading destination spas, wellness retreats or within a hotel spa. CPR and AED Certification. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Required Skills: Professionalism, Reliability, & Responsibility. Attention to Detail, with critical thinking and data interpretation abilities. Proven ability to develop, motivate, and inspire a team. Demonstrated success in driving behavioral change. Strong organizational and leadership skills. An interest in utilizing online data and technology to support wellness initiatives. Familiarity with technology and its application in wellness programs.
