Assistant in Nursing/Personal Care Worker About the Position Located in Taigum is St Martins Residential Aged Care Facility, we are currently looking for Personal Care Workers on a Casual basis.We are looking for people with heart, passion, and dedication to support our residents. About you: Providing emotional, social support to residents in a companion-style role Being enthusiastic, compassionate and personable; encouraging and adaptable Desire to work as part of a team, sharing tasks and duties across the cottages to ensure residents receive the best support possible Excellent written and verbal communication with the confidence & capacity to contribute to care plan documentation Be committed to supporting the elderly and comfortable working within professional boundaries and guidelines Certificate III in Supported Living or similar National Police clearance What happens now?
