The Banking and Finance Team The esteemed banking and finance team provides advice on a comprehensive range of financial matters, including leveraged, acquisition, and project finance, as well as structured asset finance and general corporate finance. The team is a trusted partner to banks, arrangers, corporates, operating lessors, and export credit agencies across multiple jurisdictions. They possess extensive experience in bilateral and syndicated loan transactions across diverse structures, such as tax-driven finance arrangements, debt restructuring, and asset-backed and inventory facilities. The Role Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an Associate for their Sydney office. In this role, you will work closely with a highly experienced Partner, gaining exposure to high-quality, interesting, and challenging matters. The Partner brings over two decades of top-tier experience across multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and is recognised as a leading debt finance specialist. This position offers a flat team structure, a clear growth trajectory, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work culture that fosters personal development and learning opportunities. Requirements The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 4 years' of post-admission experience in transactional banking and finance.
