Role Context: We are seeking an experienced Associate Consultant to join our exceptional team in Sydney. This strategic, client-facing role involves leading client solutions, facilitating cultural transformation and leadership development at the top level, consulting, facilitation, and executive coaching. This is not a permanent appointment; we work with our associate consultants on a project-by-project basis, but seek and are committed to working with a strong team over the long-term. Role Purpose: Create the change needed for clients to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate culture strategy and leadership workshops. Provide executive coaching to senior leaders. Coordinate client intelligence transfer to the internal team. Consult to determine clients' needs and develop solutions. Required Capabilities: Advanced facilitation capability at the senior executive level. Developed executive coaching skills. Business acumen to understand various industries. Deep knowledge of leadership, culture, and organisational change. Analytical thinking to uncover business issues. High emotional intelligence and relationship skills. Collaboration, teamwork, and influencing abilities. Self-management and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Flexibility and project management oversight. Thirst for learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree minimum, ideally in Business, Psychology, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, or Organisational Change. Experience: Extensive consulting experience.
