The Role The purpose of the Associate – Corporate Development role is to enhance Pepper’s sustainability and governance practices. This role will primarily support the Corporate Development team in developing, actioning, and reporting on Pepper’s ESG strategy and performance, as well as providing support across strategy, capital management and investor reporting. Conducting analysis across material topics and assisting in the development of metrics and targets. Support the actions of the ESG Management Committee and Working Group, and coordinate ESG-related communication to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the development of end-to-end ESG metrics, measurements, data source, reporting and performance. Assist in coordinating and documenting ESG initiatives. Support the Corporate Development team across strategy, capital management and investor reporting. About You Tertiary Business or Commerce qualifications. The ability to interpret and utilise legislative standards to meet regulatory requirements of the organisation. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and finance.
