Overview Job Description: We have an exciting opening for a strategic and innovative established senior creative team ready to step up to Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join the Leo network in Sydney. As an ACD team, you will develop innovative, impactful, omni-channel creative solutions and help drive some of the agency’s most creatively ambitious clients/brands. You will support, nurture and help drive innovative and world class creative campaigns, ensuring strategic solutions are effective and ideas are original. As an established ACD partnership, you’ll get to: Provide thought leadership on creative concepts, direction and tone. Work closely with the team, our clients, and stakeholders to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life. Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and proactively take an interest in quality of care, seeing work through to final delivery phases. Help mentor junior/mid creative teams, offering support and direction. The ideal ACD Team will have: Evidence delivering innovative campaigns with proven effectiveness, with a range of award-winning campaigns under their belt (all applications must include an online portfolio of creative work). Minimum 7-8+ years of creative agency experience or equivalent. Strong understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and print. Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC - must be able to work at pace on your own concepts (Art based ACD). Strong storytelling ability – ability to turn insights into a narrative and effective creative solution for clients (Copy based ACD). Excellent understanding of marketing and design principles. A strong commitment to the needs of all clients and their brands and be passionate about delivering the best work to them. Vast experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and understanding of customer journey mapping from a creative perspective. Experience working in an agile environment and be comfortable with a fluid approach to work – easily adapting to change in a fast-paced environment. Understanding and experience presenting concepts and proposals to all levels, intelligently adapting approach to suit the needs of the audience. Experience leading on creative projects and developing junior/mid-level creative teams. A keen interest in design, culture, technology, and innovation. This role is full-time/part-time negotiable.
