About the Role The Associate Dean provides leadership in academic operations at Acknowledge Education and its sister organisations, supporting the Dean in curriculum, accreditation, and quality assurance. This role ensures smooth academic program delivery, student success, and collaboration with academic staff, while contributing to governance, policy implementation, and work health safety initiatives. You will oversee academic programs, manage staff development, and lead assessment moderation. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting student retention and success through targeted initiatives. You will also contribute to budget management, assist in resource allocation, and help develop and implement academic policies. About You A postgraduate qualification (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, with significant experience in higher education leadership, academic program management, and quality assurance. Strong understanding of TEQSA, ASQA, and Australian higher education regulatory frameworks, along with demonstrated experience in curriculum development, assessment moderation, and accreditation. Proven leadership skills with a track record in fostering academic integrity, student engagement, and staff development, including performance management and mentorship. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively in academic and industry settings.
