Key Responsibilities Acting for top tier lenders and sponsors in connection with leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions. Managing day-to-day communication involved in ensuring that deals are running smoothly – conveying information to clients, outside parties, and responding to queries and requests. Contributing to the growth and development of the practice. The skills and attributes we are looking for Admission in Australia. PQE 2 - 7. Experience in general banking finance, broad exposure consisting of a combination of acquisition and leveraged financing, syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured). Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative and analytical thinker. Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal. Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple deals. Client service focus and commercial awareness. Team player. Strong judgment.
