You’re an experienced transaction banker Be part of this successful, growth oriented and innovative environment Permanent, full-time role based in Melbourne See yourself in our team: Transaction Banking Solutions provide tailored working capital solutions across payables, receivables and treasury management for large corporate, government and institutional clients. We support our transaction banking clients to innovate and revolutionise the way they can interact with their customers and to deliver working capital and operational efficiencies. This role will report into Director, Business Development and be part of a talented team of transaction banking specialists situated across Australia. Do work that matters: As the Associate Director, you will support the Director in key tasks which include but are not limited to: Origination of new to bank transaction banking mandates and retention of strategic clients Develop and maintain client relationships with treasurers and c-suite executives Lead a client deal team to respond to transaction banking tender and proposal requests Work with relationship coverage teams to develop and maintain client plans for key client targets to identify opportunities and client engagement strategies Have a deep understanding of clients’ payments and cash management needs to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with other teams, such as product management and operations, to ensure effective delivery of transaction banking solutions Analyse, structure and negotiate deal opportunities to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved for the client and Transaction Banking Solutions We’re interested in hearing from people who have: A commitment to building on a strong foundation of transactional banking experience, business development, or solution consulting experience.
