Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved. A background in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development or Account Management. This role requires a strong business developer who can nurture current clients, as well as create opportunities.
