You will lead a large team accountable to produce the group’s financial reporting. As a Director in the team, you will own the relationship with senior internal and external stakeholders and drive improvement and automation of operational processes, seeking out transformational opportunities that can be realised. You will maintain a strong focus on controls and governance and possess a long-term vision for the financial reporting function and responsibilities including financial reporting advice, interpretation of regulatory requirements aligned and its impacts within a business context. What you offer Qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience within financial reporting Experience leading and managing large reporting teams, providing coaching and mentorship Strong stakeholder engagement skills, partnering with and influencing senior leadership Financial reporting experience within financial services or similarly complex organisations.
