The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) is seeking an experienced Associate Director (Infrastructure and Maintenance) to lead a skilled team of professionals within our Facilities Management portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the University's academic and research goals by maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. Together, let's shape the future of UniSQ’s facilities for excellence in teaching, learning, and research. What you'll do You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the ongoing planning and maintenance of the University’s extensive facilities, infrastructure, buildings, grounds, and property portfolio. This key leadership position demands a detailed understanding of maintenance and infrastructure in a complex commercial environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that assets are managed in accordance with industry standards, legislation, and the University Strategic Asset Management Plan.
