About the Role: As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role, driving M&A advisory engagements while mentoring and developing team members. Working closely with talented Managing Directors, you’ll have the chance to make a tangible impact on clients and the firm’s continued success.Key Responsibilities :Lead M&A transactions, focusing on sell-side mandates, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding outcomes. Support and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process. Collaborate with Managing Directors on business strategy and deal origination. Implement innovative deal strategies tailored to clients across industries. What We’re Looking For Experience : 6–10 years in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in M&A lead advisory roles. Leadership : Proven ability to lead transactions and mentor teams effectively. Expertise : Strong understanding of M&A processes, particularly sell-side transactions, with a focus on mid-market businesses. Collaborative Nature : A personable, team-oriented professional who thrives in a flat organisational structure. Global Perspective : Candidates with experience in similar markets (UK, US, Hong Kong, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
