Opportunity to join a growing foreign bank in a Structuring, Execution and Portfolio Management role. This growing foreign bank is currently recruiting an Associate Director into their Sydney corporate banking team. This role is centred around structuring and portfolio management of corporate and institutional loans. What you'll do: Manage and structure corporate and institutional loans Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations Provide expert advice to stakeholders on loan structuring As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and structuring corporate and institutional loans across Real Estate, Infrastructure and large corporates. You will be responsible for overseeing portfolio management, ensuring optimal performance at all times. Your role will also involve developing strategies for risk mitigation, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives, and providing expert advice to stakeholders on loan structuring. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial industry, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
