With this leadership position, you will have the opportunity to work on the largest real estate portfolio in Australia. We are looking for someone with a great technical skill set but equally strong client management abilities. In an Associate Director/Director position in our Cost Management team, you will: Provide confident leadership and play an instrumental role in the growth of the ACT business unit in line with the business vision. Help deliver projects across the country and collaborate with a variety of different clients. Mentor our team to help grow their careers. Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally. Be responsible for pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. Conduct estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plans. Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages. Minimum Requirements: Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar. Sound experience in cost planning in Construction, Education, and Healthcare government projects. A passion for mentoring the future generation to grow their skill set and careers. 10+ years of experience in cost management roles with an emphasis on consultancy roles. Experience managing clients, contractors, and consultants directly in previous roles. Preferably RICS and/or AIQS accredited. CostX experience. Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
